Job summary

GrandFlex Bank Practitioner (Qualified) with Grandir UK Limited seeks qualified nursery practitioners who can work flexibly across a cluster of nurseries, without a fixed weekly rota. Earn up to £16 per hour while supporting multiple teams and settings.

Ideal candidates travel across local nurseries, bring early years experience, and adhere to EYFS standards. DBS checks are part of the safeguarding requirements and certain benefits apply.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner, you'll:

• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
