GUARDIAN SELECTION LIMITED is seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor in Barnsley to supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work and support pupils in the absence of the usual teacher.

A degree or relevant graduate-level qualification is required, with strong communication and classroom management skills and an interest in pursuing a teaching career. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are essential.

Salary: £500 – £600 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lesson work across different subjects. This is a great opportunity for graduates who are considering teaching, giving you first-hand classroom experience while developing your confidence in managing pupils and leading lessons.

You’ll work closely with teaching staff to maintain a positive learning environment and ensure pupils remain engaged and focused throughout lessons.
