Job summary
MBDA in Stevenage seeks a Weapon System Equipment Engineer for the 2027 graduate programme. You will contribute to requirements generation, development and delivery across subsystems and equipment, ensuring products meet milestones and cost targets.

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science to a minimum of 2:2.
Responsibilities
- Sub-System and Equipment Requirements generation and management
- Technical management of equipment development, production and delivery to milestones
- Managing equipment and hardware development trials
- Develop equipment policies and technical standards to improve capability
- Regular contact with MBDA customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle
