Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer - Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage. The role involves supporting the build cycle and testing of complex systems from sub-systems to launch platforms and missiles, across electronics, optics and RF.

You will rotate through three placements, work hands-on on the shop floor and in the lab, and contribute to technical documentation and drawings, with opportunities for process improvements and career development in a defence-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate studying for a degree in one of the following disciplines, minimum 2.2.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and fault finding non-conforming products or equipment.
• Authoring instructions and/or specifications.
• Drafting and publishing drawing packs.
• Analysing test and production related data.
• Introducing new products and equipment into Manufacturing.
• Process improvements.
