Job summary

PDSL is seeking a Graduate Vehicle Software Support Engineer for a premium automotive environment in Coventry. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to vehicle software, ECU programming and diagnostic engineering, with a clear pathway into testing workflows.

You will support prototype and advanced vehicle activities, create and manage technical documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers to learn CAN networks, diagnostics, and software flashing as part of your development

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and organised approach are required.
• Strong communication skills are beneficial for cross-team handovers.
• Exposure to vehicle software and diagnostics will be developed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage technical documentation (job cards, vehicle history, traceability).
• Support prototype and advanced vehicle activities.
• Help optimise workflows and learn key processes in vehicle development and testing.
