Pell Frischmann is a specialist advisory and technical consultancy operating across the built and natural environment, helping to shape a better future for the communities in which we work. We offer consultancy services with access to specialist sister companies and partners to support both public and private‑sector clients across buildings, infrastructure, and regeneration. Originally formed in 1926, we have a heritage of delivering client‑focused solutions that combine commercial awareness, sustainable aspirations, and an innovative approach. We are part of RSBG SE, the patient capital investment arm of RAG‑Stiftung, with a long‑term public purpose of addressing environmental and social commitments arising from the closure of Germany’s coal mining industry.
We’re seeking two motivated Graduate Transport Planners to join our dynamic team based in Birmingham city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and data‑driven transport solutions across a diverse range of development and infrastructure projects. Upon joining, you’ll be enrolled onto our Graduate Programme, designed around the competence requirements of professional institutions and aimed at building a strong foundation for your career. The programme offers opportunities to network across the Group while developing key skills in project management, business effectiveness, personal effectiveness, and day‑to‑day technical elements.
This role forms part of a structured Graduate Programme and is not eligible for employer sponsorship at any stage. You must therefore have the unrestricted and ongoing right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and be able to continue employment beyond this period without sponsorship.
