Job summary

KPI Education is recruiting graduates for a salaried Graduate Trainee Teacher programme in London, starting September 2026. You’ll train in leading London secondary schools while working toward Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a fully supported school-based route.

Across Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages and Creative Arts, you’ll gain practical classroom experience, mentoring from expert teachers, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject.
• A genuine ambition to become a qualified secondary school teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.
• Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
