Summary At MW Appointments, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Recruitment Consultants while learning and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position. Main Duties: * Registering and interview new candidates * Updating the details of existing candidates * Preparing candidate CVs * Quickly develop an understanding of the Insurance sector * Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies. * Working on job vacancies * Contacting shortlists of candidates for job vacancies * Arranging job interviews for candidates * Preparing candidates for interview * Ad-hoc duties as needed Essential Skills Required: * Strong IT skills including all MS Office * Excellent communication and organisation skills * Willing to learn a new industry and skills What you need to know: * Permanent role * Based in Radlett, Herts WD7 - working Monday to Friday - - hybrid * Salary between £20,000 - £25,000 with opportunity for incentives and bonuses * A great opportunity to join an organisation with lots of training and development opportunities. * A very inclusive and fair opportunities employer
