Job summary

Informa Global Support invites applications for a Graduate Trainee – Operations (Exhibitions) in the United Kingdom. You will rotate across Sales, Marketing and Event Operations, gaining hands-on experience in high-profile exhibitions and conferences.

As a recent graduate, you will work with mentors and industry experts to develop essential event management skills, while contributing to live projects and building a strong foundation for your career in events.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate within the past year with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with good prioritisation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Support sales team, generate leads, prepare pitches, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Marketing: Assist in event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
• Event Operations: Work on logistics planning, on-site support, and event management.
