Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2.1+) in a technology-related field or business-related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Interest in solving business problems with emerging technology.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Flexible attitude to work across different projects and sectors.
• No prior work experience required; strong education and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating high-level and low-level design specifications for digital solutions.
• Collect, understand, and transmit business requirements into functional designs and roadmaps.
• Document workflows and obtain client sign-off on specifications.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer, development team, and third parties throughout the lifecycle.
