Job summary

CityGrad is seeking bright graduates to join its Technology team, focusing on Microsoft technologies, AI adoption, automation, cybersecurity, data analytics and digital transformation. You will work closely with the Head of IT to deliver strategic technology initiatives, enabling secure, scalable and efficient services across the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and liaison between colleagues, locations and service providers.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, licensing and access management.
• Assist with technology deployments, office mobilisations and business change initiatives.
• Support adoption and governance of Microsoft Copilot technologies and AI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation and AI.
• Create training guides and adoption materials for users.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of Copilot services and related tools.
• Research emerging AI technologies aligned with strategic objectives.
• Promote automation and digital transformation across the business.
• Collect, analyse and visualise operational data to support BI reporting.
• Assist in cybersecurity governance and security controls implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop practical experience across Microsoft technologies, Al, automation, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud services and enterprise technology operations. Working closely with the Head of IT, technology partners and colleagues across the business, you will support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives that enhance the member and colleague experience while helping to maintain secure, scalable and efficient technology services across the company.

This is not a traditional tech role. Whilst some first and second-line support responsibilities will be required, the primary focus of the role is Microsoft technologies, Al adoption, automation, cybersecurity, data analysis, digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Technology Operations & Service Management

• Provide support where local business knowledge or technical involvement is required.
• Act as a liaison between colleagues, locations and managed service providers.
• Support on boarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, licence assignment and access management.
• Assist with technology deployments, office mobilisations and business change initiatives.

Al, Copilot & Digital Transformation

• Support implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Assist business teams in identifying opportunities to improve productivity through Al.
• Develop training guides, knowledge resources and user adoption materials.
• Help departments identify manual processes suitable for automation and Al enhancement.
• Assist with governance, security and responsible use of Al technologies.
• Monitor adoption, usage and effectiveness of Copilot and related services.
• Support workshops, demonstrations and awareness campaigns across the business.
• Research emerging Al technologies and identify opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
• Promote innovation, automation and digital transformation throughout the business.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain automation solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Assist with workflow design and business process optimisation.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Collect, analyse and interpret operational and business data.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualisations.
• Support the development of KPls and operational reporting.
• Identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

Cyber Security & Information Security

• Support cybersecurity strategy and continuous improvement programme.
