Job summary

Kingscroft have been engaged to recruit a Graduate Technical Documents Engineer / Administrator for a specialist manufacturing business. You will work with Production and NPD teams to control technical data and project documents, ensuring documentation is maintained across projects.

The role involves Engineering Change management, part codes, BOM setups in Syspro, calibration records, and liaison with purchasing on materials and safety data.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong admin and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating Engineering Change management.
• Able to liaise with Production and NPD teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master tagged samples and sample room.
• Lead handover meetings for new products and manage information requests.
• Create part codes and BOM set ups in Syspro.
• Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
• Input setting sheets and maintain control registers and trackers.
