Are you a recent or soon-to-be Food Science or related graduate looking to kickstart your career in the food industry?

A leading fresh food manufacturer in Northern Ireland is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Technical team. This is a hands-on role with real development potential, working within a business that supplies to major UK retailers and prioritises quality, sustainability, and innovation.

? What you’ll do:

  • Support the Technical/Quality function across factory operations
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Carry out traceability exercises, internal audits, and investigations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes
  • Gain exposure to BRC audits, retailer standards, and customer interactions

? What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agri-Food or a related field
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for food safety and quality
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
