Flourish is seeking graduates for a structured Tech Sales Executive (Graduate Scheme) in Nottinghamshire. The role offers a base salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission and a comprehensive training program. Progression is clearly defined with milestones leading to Senior Account Executive within four years.

You'll receive coaching from experienced sales leaders, responsibility for your own pipeline, and substantial earning potential in a fast-growing technology environment.

• Must have a 2:1 degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across target markets.
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Qualifying opportunities and uncovering customer challenges and objectives.
• Delivering product demonstrations and presenting tailored technology solutions.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
• Growing existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems.
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and industry developments.
