Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistant with a passion for education to support young learners at a mainstream primary school in Swindon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates aspiring to become qualified teachers and to gain valuable classroom experience.

The successful candidate will assist in teaching across various key stages, including Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, supporting curriculum delivery in core subjects such as Maths and English, as well as foundation subjects like History and Music.

Requirements include a degree with a 2:2 or above. Previous experience working with children, such as mentoring, tutoring, assisting in nurseries or childcare, is desirable but not essential. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioral issues, or learning difficulties is advantageous.

This full-time position runs from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a daily rate of £80 - £95, and is based in Swindon. There are potential future opportunities for teacher training.
