An welcoming, bright, and child-oriented primary school based in Swindon is currently recruiting for a classroom assistant to support classroom learning across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. This role offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to begin their career in education and gain insight into the National Curriculum.
As a classroom assistant, you will collaborate with dedicated teachers to create a dynamic and effective learning environment that enables children to thrive and reach their potential. The role is rewarding and varied, involving engaging, supporting, and developing children's learning, assisting with the delivery of creative and well-structured lessons, and inspiring moments of discovery.
This position is ideal for recent graduates considering a career in education or experienced classroom assistants seeking a new challenge. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, assisting in a nursery or childcare setting, or similar classroom experience. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioral challenges, or learning difficulties would be highly beneficial.
