Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted in-class support to keep pupils engaged and focused.
• Deliver small-group interventions and 1:1 academic/pastoral support.
• Work across English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and other subjects.
• Support pupils needing additional encouragement or help overcoming learning barriers.
• Build positive relationships with students and become a trusted team member.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Gain insight into teaching approaches, classroom management, and pupil development.
• Access progression opportunities, including in-house Teacher Training routes from September 2027.
