Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join schools in Newcastle upon Tyne as Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistants. This full-time role provides hands-on classroom support and a foundation for future teacher training.

You will support students one-to-one and in small groups, assist teachers with lessons, adapt activities, and help sustain a positive learning environment. A degree in any subject is acceptable; strong communication and a proactive approach are valued.

The Role
