Job summary

JobsinED Ltd in Brent, North West London, is seeking a talented Graduate Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant primary school community. The role combines morning KS2 classroom support with afternoon SEND provision, offering valuable experience for graduates aiming at teaching, educational psychology, or SEN.

You will work with experienced teachers to support engaging lessons, deliver literacy and numeracy interventions, and help pupils access learning with confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above is preferred.
• Genuine enthusiasm for primary education and SEND.
• Strong communication skills and academic ability.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time, long-term placement.

Responsibilities

• Support KS2 lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and resources.
• Provide SEND support during afternoon sessions.
• Encourage communication, confidence and independence.
• Adapt activities for diverse learning needs.
