Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2 under teacher supervision.
• Deliver small-group and one-to-one academic interventions.
• Lead targeted booster sessions in Maths and English.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• Monitor pupil progress and support positive behaviour and engagement.
