Teaching Personnel is seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across Garstang and the Wyre area in primary schools. This is an excellent entry point for graduates considering teacher training or related education roles.

You will receive training and paid induction to help you start confidently in schools. No prior school experience is required, as induction, paid shadowing, and access to relevant training will be provided.
