Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist secondary and post-16 provision in Blackley, Manchester, from September 2026. This role offers a supportive team and the chance to help students with EHCPs achieve their full potential.

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist secondary and post-16 provision in Blackley from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a skilled and supportive team committed to helping students with additional needs achieve their full potential.

The school supports pupils across Key Stages 3, 4 and Post-16, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Staff work collaboratively to provide a structured, nurturing environment where students are encouraged to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Responsibilities

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff, you\'ll help create positive learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
