Aspire People is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Bolton and Greater Manchester.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduates with degrees in subjects aligned with the secondary curriculum (Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages).
• Strong subject knowledge in core areas (English, Maths, Science).
• Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with young people.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Flexibility to take on daily, short-term, and long-term cover roles.
• Reliable and committed, with a positive attitude towards supporting students of all abilities.
• Able to provide references covering the last two years.
• A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra support.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Gaining firsthand experience of school life, curriculum delivery, and student development.
