Monarch Education is partnering with several primary schools in the Swindon area to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants (TAs). These roles are ideal for individuals seeking consistent work in a single school and considering pursuing a PGCE within the next year.

About The Role

1. Deliver pre-planned lessons to individual pupils and small groups across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
2. Maintain an orderly and positive learning environment.
3. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support effective teaching and learning.

About The Schools

1. Work with a range of primary schools in Swindon, including small, medium, and large establishments.
2. Some schools are Local Education Authority (LEA) schools, others are part of multi-academy trusts.
3. Schools are located within Swindon and its immediate surroundings.

Candidate Requirements
