The Opportunity:

• Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required
• Aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, SEN Teachers
• 1:1 & Small Group work
• Location: Staffordshire
• Start Date: ASAP
• Full-time roles – Monday to Friday
• Salary: £480-£520 per week, term-time only

The successful graduate must:

• Be enthusiastic, confident, and approachable
• Have strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A*-C)
• Work effectively as part of a large team
• Possess strong communication and behavior management skills
• Inspire and motivate children in the classroom
• Have high expectations and be committed to helping all children reach their full potential
• Deliver well-structured lessons for small groups and 1:1 sessions
• Be flexible and self-motivated
