The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll deliver targeted booster sessions in core subjects, provide 1-2-1 interventions for pupils who need extra support, and work collaboratively with class teachers to ensure all children stay on track.
