The ideal candidate for this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role:
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You'll assist with phonics, reading, and basic numeracy, while also helping to manage classroom behaviour and build children's confidence. Your role may include 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs or small-group interventions to accelerate progress.
