Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 class at a mainstream primary school in Elephant and Castle, South London. This full-time role runs from September 2026 to July 2027, with hours 8:00am–4:00pm and daily pay of GBP90–GBP115.

The position is ideal for recent graduates seeking classroom experience before teacher training. You will assist the class teacher, work with pupils in various groupings, and promote literacy, numeracy and communication in an inclusive

Qualifications

• A UK recognised degree (essential).
• Previous experience working with children in a school, tutoring, childcare, coaching, mentoring or similar setting.
• A genuine ambition to pursue a career in teaching or education.
• Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm (implied).
