Each role will be involved within the education sector in some capacity, so candidates with a desire to explore a career within education are ideal.

These roles are excellent for building experience working with children, which always looks extremely desirable on a CV! As well as building much-valued experience, there are multiple permanent roles available if you feel education is the right fit for you. This can either be within a support position or a trainee teacher role.

Candidates that do not have a desire to work as a teacher in the future can still apply, as this is a great way of earning money in a very flexible manner (just to top up those student loans). However, applicants should ideally have previous experience with any of the following either professionally or personally:

For aspiring teachers, core subject degrees are particularly desirable for future teacher programmes, such as:
