Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Weymouth is recruiting graduates for a two-year salaried pathway into teaching. You will start in a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor, gaining practical classroom experience before progressing to teacher training and QTS.

You’ll be paid from day one and receive training and mentoring throughout the programme. In year two you’ll work toward your PGCE while continuing school-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes using work set by the usual teacher.

• Observe lessons and learn from experienced teachers.
• Take part in training to develop classroom skills.
