Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Maths, English, Science, History, Geography or any subject.
• Willingness to observe experienced teachers and learn professional practice.
• Interest in pursuing PGCE or QTS while gaining classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe experienced teachers across a range of subjects and teaching styles.
• Develop an understanding of behaviour management and classroom practice.
• Support students with classwork, coursework and examination preparation.
• Keep a reflective journal to support your professional development.
• Build the experience and confidence needed for a future teaching career.
