Our Talent Science team aims to ensure objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select the best new colleagues worldwide. We seek exceptional entry-level candidates with a psychology-based degree and an outstanding academic record. Relevant experience from coursework, internships, or initial roles in talent teams is preferred. You will learn to implement hiring strategies that promote high performance and contribute to our talent agenda.
The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, curiosity, and proficiency in SQL or Python for data insights. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, possess strong self-motivation, and have a passion for understanding human decisions and behaviors.
