The AA in London is seeking a curious and ambitious early career HR professional to join the Group Talent & Learning team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll shape future talent strategies, partner with colleges, and support apprenticeship and early careers programmes.

You don’t need prior HR experience; we value potential, relationship-building and a bias for action. This hybrid role offers a real opportunity to influence development across the business.
