Job summary

Smile Education in Birmingham City Centre is recruiting a Graduate Talent Executive to help schools find great people and help candidates progress their careers. This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) offers a base salary of £24,000–£27,000 plus uncapped commission and a clear development path.

You will speak with candidates, advertise vacancies, search for talent, conduct interviews, build a professional network, and support candidates through their recruitment journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate or recent university leaver with a proactive mindset.
• Willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• No recruitment experience required; training provided.
