Smile Education is seeking a Senior Recruitment Resourcer in Birmingham to join a high-performing team. You will proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines, screen and interview applicants, headhunt passive candidates, and manage registrations with compliance.

• Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates

Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Resourcer or Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering talent and creating outstanding candidate experiences?

At Smile Education, you'll play a key role in building a community of education professionals who make a real difference in schools every day. Working alongside one of our top-performing consultants and a highly experienced Director, you'll help identify, attract and engage exceptional teachers and support staff across the Midlands.
