Actica Consulting is seeking an organised Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team in Guildford. You will support the recruitment of graduates and experienced consultants, coordinate interviews, manage candidates through our ATS, and help deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous inhouse graduate recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience using an ATS, particularly Pinpoint, is desirable.
• 2-4 years experience in Early Careers hiring is desirable.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process using the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Log applications and maintain recruitment records.
• Post vacancies across relevant job boards.
