Job summary

Actica Consulting Ltd. is seeking an organised Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Guildford-based team.

You will support the recruitment of graduates and experienced consultants, coordinating interviews and candidate communications to ensure a smooth process. You’ll work with the Head of Talent Acquisition, help with recruitment events, and build a strong candidate experience while developing your sourcing and employer branding skills within a fast-growing technology

Qualifications

• Previous inhouse graduate recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience using an ATS, particularly Pinpoint, is desirable.
• 2–4 years experience in Early Careers hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Manage candidates through the ATS and logging of applications.
• Post vacancies across job boards and provide feedback to candidates.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
