Leonardo in the United Kingdom is launching an 18‑month Graduate Programme for aspiring Systems Engineers. Graduates will work on real engineering problems across Sea, Land, Air and space domains, with on-the-job training and mentoring from subject‑matter experts.

The role emphasizes early responsibility and ongoing professional development. You’ll join a dynamic team, receive targeted training, and have opportunities to participate in R&D and future technology concepts while building a solid

Qualifications

• Minimum of a lower Second class Bachelor’s/Integrated Master’s, or a higher degree (MSc/PhD) in engineering, mathematics, physics or another STEM discipline.
• Experience in coding/programming.
• Experience with relevant project work or placements in industry.
• Ability to solve problems as part of a team.
• Apply science and technology knowledge to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Work on real engineering problems across Sea, Land, Air and space domains.
• Receive day-to-day guidance and on-the-job training in systems engineering processes and tools.
• Develop engineering skills and domain knowledge to achieve technical excellence as a Systems Engineer.
