Job title: Graduate Naval Ships Systems Engineer

Location: Portsmouth

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you'll be doing:

1. Supporting development of strategies to ensure systems are designed and integrated to satisfy customer and business needs.
2. Capturing and analysing requirements to understand customer and business needs and context.
3. Supporting the design and optimisation of system architectures and solutions using system modelling techniques.
4. Facilitating successful system integration while managing interfaces, dependencies, and failure modes.
5. Determining emergent properties of systems to support trade-offs, optimisation, risk reduction, and testing.
6. Defining verification and validation approaches to achieve certification and acceptance of systems.
