Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems in Stevenage is offering a Systems Design Engineer Graduate Programme for 2027. The role supports design across Land, Maritime, Air and Cyber domains, with a strong emphasis on delivering customer-focused solutions throughout the system V lifecycle.

As a graduate, you will join a 2-year programme starting September 2027, with progression opportunities, a company bonus up to £2,500, a generous pension scheme, and the possibility of paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, Maths, Technology, Computing or related discipline (minimum 2:2).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to meet customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure detailed design and verification activities across the project lifecycle.
• Engage with suppliers and MBDA colleagues as part of the Systems Design activity.
