Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd invites applications for the 2027 Systems Design Engineer Graduate Programme. The role spans full lifecycle design, from researching technologies to lab tests and firing trials, with cross-discipline collaboration across Systems Design in Stevenage.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, Maths, Technology, Computing or related discipline.
Minimum 2:2 grade required.
Relevant academic background aligned with systems design or engineering.

Responsibilities

Bring the full range of design viewpoints together to meet customer requirements with innovative solutions.
Hone detailed design and coordinate with development teams to leverage expertise.
Exposure to multiple engineering methodologies and processes across domains (Land, Maritime, Air, Cyber).
Contribute to technology research, derive requirements, brainstorm concepts and develop architectures.
Support rapid, varied work with a focus on innovative MBDA solutions.
