Job summary

Bell Ingram is seeking a Graduate/recently qualified Surveyor to join our Morpeth team, delivering land and property advice across the north of England. You will work on infrastructure and renewable projects, developing your skills through structured training and mentorship.

The role offers excellent career prospects, a supportive culture, and access to extensive training, including APC and post-graduate qualifications. Flexible working is available from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a RICS-accredited degree or pursuing postgraduate training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and GIS.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of land management tasks, utilities, infrastructure and renewable projects.
• Deliver land and property advice to clients.
• Complete tasks to a high standard using initiative and a proactive approach.
• Develop strong relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
• Maintain quality standards and up-to-date records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client deadlines.
