Job summary

Savills Future Talent is seeking a Graduate Lands Consent Surveyor for a September 2027 start. You’ll work across major UK offices including London, Salisbury, Cirencester and Bury St Edmunds, assisting with land consents, negotiations and GIS tasks.

Training and APC support are provided in a structured graduate programme. As part of Savills Infrastructure, you’ll gain exposure to utilities clients and landowner relations, developing a breadth of experience in a dynamic, nationwide team.

Responsibilities

• Walk project sites to inspect property and crops.
• Negotiate landowner/tenant agreements and Heads of Terms.
• Produce GIS plans and legal documents for access agreements.
• Support wayleaves, easements and damages processes.
• Collaborate with utilities clients and internal teams.
