Job Opportunity: Telecoms Estates Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Telecoms Estates Surveyor within our Network Estate Management team, based in London, Reading, or Manchester. Your main responsibilities will focus on Estate Management and Telecoms Services provided to key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have prior property experience in the Estate Management sector and a desire to develop their career further.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key tasks as directed by the client account(s).
• Manage a caseload involving Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, and General Management Queries/Issues.
• Respond to enquiries from internal and external clients, liaising with landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate with surveyors on designated client accounts.
• Prepare legal documentation summaries.
• Analyze and manipulate data using client databases.
• Submit client reports and recommendations via Cluttons’ database.
• Serve as a point of contact for property issues and projects for clients.
• Prepare regular client reports based on specific requests.
• Foster effective working relationships within the team to ensure service delivery.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification; MRICS chartered status or working towards it preferred.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with ability to handle large data files.
• Excellent drafting skills for emails and formal correspondence.
• Support for APC if working towards MRICS.
