East Suffolk Council's Property and Place Team is looking for a Graduate Surveyor.

You will assist the Estates Team within Property and Place with the management of the asset portfolio. Work will include valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, inspections of the assets, property management and reporting to Senior Officers and members on the performance of the portfolio.
