Job summary

KPI Education is seeking Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work in secondary schools across Bradford, BD1. This day-to-day supply role offers flexible Monday-Friday availability and a competitive daily rate of £100-£130, with potential progression to longer-term or full-time positions.

As a Graduate LSA you will collaborate with teachers to help students access the curriculum, delivering 1:1 or small-group support as needed across different schools and environments.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above.
• Strong interest in education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KPI Education is currently recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on a day-to-day supply basis across secondary schools in Bradford, BD1.

The Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and school support staff to help students access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

You may provide 1:1 support, small-group intervention or classroom assistance, depending on the requirements of the school.

The role offers flexibility across Monday-Friday, allowing you to choose your availability while gaining experience across different secondary school environments.
