KPI Education is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work on a day-to-day supply basis across secondary schools in Bradford, BD1.

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work with teachers and school staff to help students access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Flexible Monday–Friday and potential full-time opportunities are available.

The Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and school support staff to help students access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

You may provide 1:1 support, small-group intervention or classroom assistance, depending on the requirements of the school.

The role offers flexibility across Monday–Friday, allowing you to choose your availability while gaining experience across different secondary school environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Support students across the secondary school environment

• Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support

• Assist teachers during lessons and classroom activities

• Help students stay focused and engaged with their learning

• Support students with additional learning needs where required

• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation

• Help students develop confidence, independence and resilience

• Build positive and professional relationships with students

• Work alongside teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
