Job summary

BAE Systems' graduate programme offers world-class training and broad exposure across testing, computational modelling, system design and research. You'll work on submarine lifecycle from concept design to in-service fleet, gaining varied responsibilities from day one.

You'll complete a short online application, online assessment, video interview, and competency-based interview, with a non-rotational programme and 18–30 month development path, allowing you to specialise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a subject related to chosen area.
• Some roles are subject to security/export controls; nationality or place of birth may limit roles.

Responsibilities

• Work in specialist teams across testing, computational modelling, system design and research.
• Contribute across all stages of the submarine lifecycle, from concept design to in-service fleet.
