Job summary

BAE Systems' graduate programme offers world-class training and broad exposure across testing, computational modelling, system design and research. You'll work on submarine lifecycle from concept design to in-service fleet, gaining varied responsibilities from day one.

You'll complete a short online application, online assessment, video interview, and competency-based interview, with a non-rotational programme and 18–30 month development path, allowing you to specialise.

• Some roles are subject to security/export controls; nationality or place of birth may limit roles.

Salary

Our starting salary is £34,000, plus a £2,000 welcome payment along with an optional 20% salary advance. Plus an adaptable package of benefits to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a graduate, you could be completing work in a variety of specialist teams including testing, computational modelling, system design and research and technology. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in all stages of the submarine's lifecycle, from concept design through to activities with the in-service fleet.

What is the application process?
