Job summary

BAE Systems invites undergraduates to join a one-year placement program, contributing to design work from concept through to operations with the fleet. You will design equipment to withstand shock and dynamic movements of submarines in operation, gaining hands-on experience on cutting-edge technology.

From day one you’ll be mentored by experienced colleagues and see the impact of your work on meaningful projects that help shape a safer future. Start date June 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Security and export control restrictions apply; Baseline Personnel Security Standard required.
• National Security Vetting may be required with residency in the UK for 5–10 years depending on role.
